LINOCLUB - Printmaking workshop
LINOCLUB - Printmaking workshop
LINO CLUB - BOOKINGS ESSENTIAL !
First Sat of every month 12 till 3pm (EXCEPT JAN)
Held at Samantha Thompson Studio - 81 Goggin Rd, Lethbridge, Victoria
Linoclub is for everyone! (8+ with adult) You will learn the basics of printmaking and mixed media to beginners, or bring a piece to work on every-month, and build your skill set in the company of like mined creatives.
And yes! Kids are welcome, in my experience Lino can be cut by kids around 8 years old, younger than this and they generally don't have the strength (or patience) So bring your kids with you.
Everyone will receive some Lino, paper, ink, tools and general art supplies to use and create a piece. A large press, glass print table and drying racks will be available or learn to hand print.
The workshops are an informal gathering of art, learning and community. Please bring some lunch, or there is a small milkbar within walking distance, and a park and oval up the road.
Linoclub costs $50 to attend for Non BOP members, or $30 for Members. Please book online prior as numbers are limited to 6 people per workshop.
