Come and move in this dance improvisation event where we’ll dance, explore, and connect! Through gentle invitations and prompts and a mix of music styles—from electronica to world beats, ambient and pop—we’ll let our bodies express freely and intuitively. After dancing, we’ll gather in a storytelling circle to share our nature stories and the wild beauty we’ve experienced. No prior dance experience needed - just bring your curiosity and an open heart! This workshop is for anyone who wants to reconnect with their body, release tension, and embrace the wild, intuitive rhythms within.
